Plan Your Visit

You will be outdoors during your visit with us. We recommend that you wear appropriate clothing for the weather and a hat. All guests must wear closed-in footwear (no thongs or sandals) as we are a working farm providing you up-close encounters with animals. You will be doing a lot of walking so make sure they are comfortable shoes.

The Llama Farm is located on Riverside Drive, which is both a sealed and unsealed road. We are on the unsealed section. Please stay to the left and drive carefully as the road is windy with numerous blind corners. Once you leave the bitumen road just past Kholo Gardens, the well maintained, unsealed road winds its way through rolling hills and scenic farmland. Upon reaching The Llama Farm, you are in another world as the landscape opens up to distant mountains and a gorgeous vista. Look for the rustic Southern Cross windmill by the front gates. Parking is available on the grass inside the entrance.

If you have any special requests or questions about your visit, please don’t hesitate to call and discuss them. We want your experience at The Llama Farm to be as pleasurable as possible. Being a working farm, an adult must supervise their children at all times.
